Location of the Buildings and Properties
- The project was designed to replicate the silhouette of a Seahorse (you can see this very clearly from the general plan). The development is not only made of concrete, bricks, etc. It has a original existing
fairy tale - SEAHORSE
The properties were placed like a Stadium,so that each property can see the pool and social activity areas.
- From the lounge of every property you can see the pool, sun and terraces - directly in front of the buildings.
- The inner part of the floor is like a gallery. The height of the ceiling is 6,5 - 7m which is high like a
church ceiling and in the form in an arch and another feature is the UPVC framed turquoise windows.
When you go upstairs in your dublex, you can overlook the saloon downstairs. There are inner landing areas with balconies and windows. And even from the inner balcony, the pool areas can be seen because of the high ceiling.
Terraces aren't closed within a concrete body, they are open directly to the sunshine. The blocks were planned as a stadium like the amphi-theatres in Ephesus, or the colosseums in Rome - in the form of opposite bows to each other. Front back sides of the properties and blocks are open spaces. No other building or other site cuts out the sun, the perspective and the horizon.
The length of each of block is approximately 50m. There are thoroughfares to apartments and car parks crossing the building every 15m, so there is no need to turn around the whole of the building to reach the facilities you require, or to reach to the flats or car-parking areas.
